PSD has a mission to improve the livelihood of people through the intervention in the major areas of the organization i.e. integrated water resources management (IWRM), water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), climate resilience agriculture and livestock management, resilient, light and innovative social and productive infrastructure development, emergency responses, recover and reconstruction, disaster risk reduction & management, locally environment fitted climate change adaption with the maximum use of natural and local resources for sustainable development.

Our impact goal is to improve the livelihood of people residing in remote areas where there is no presence of basic water supply and sanitation facilities. We focus to meet the goal of providing such facilities as well as constructing resilient WASH infrastructures that are non-functional through the maximum use of local resources. We consider our project impact to be successful when the livelihood of people is improved including women and youths, and the project is sustainable in the long run from the perspective of DRR and climate change.
