Inclusive Community School Development for Quality Learning

The Partnership for Sustainable Development Nepal (PSDN) is implementing Inclusive Community School Development initiatives in the districts of Dang, Nawalpur, Jajarkot, and Chitwan to enhance the quality of education and create safe, child-friendly learning environments. The project adopts a holistic approach by improving school-based WASH facilities, promoting on-site waste management practices, and strengthening hygiene and behavior change communication (BCC) among students and school communities.

In addition, PSDN supports schools through the provision of essential learning materials, improvement of basic school infrastructure, and promotion of sports, recreation, and creative activities to foster physical, social, and emotional well-being. Special emphasis is placed on ensuring access to education for vulnerable children, including orphans and children from single-mother households.
